Don't worry! We can't make changes to orders that have already been confirmed, but if it is not yet prepared, we can cancel it so you can place a new one with what you really wanted.

Do you want to cancel your order?

If your order has not yet been prepared, we can help you cancel it. Write to us at hola@mimshoes.com and we will manage it with you.

If it is already on the way, we will not be able to cancel it, but you can return it when you receive it.

Issue with my order

In the exceptional case that the products in your order have any defects, we will proceed to evaluate their condition to confirm the problem. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to the customer. If it is not possible to obtain the same product, a full refund of the amount paid will be made.

To process any issue, the customer must contact the Customer Service team through hola@mimshoes.com, facilitating the order number with which the purchase was made, in order to correctly validate the acquisition.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Where is my order? When will I receive my tracking number?

After placing an order and receiving the confirmation email, our team will begin processing the shipment. As soon as your order is on its way, our courier company will notify you via email and provide you with the tracking number.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard Shipping

Shipping costs to Spain, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are €3.90.

Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the country and will be specified once the shipping address is entered in the payment gateway form.

What are the general shipping times for a purchase?

The delivery time for orders placed from Spain (Peninsula) is between 4 and 5 business days.

The delivery time for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla is 6 to 7 business days. 

The delivery time for international shipments (Europe) is between 6 and 7 business days. 

Why haven't I received the order confirmation email?

In this case, you probably did not write the email correctly when placing your order. Write to us at hola@mimshoes.com and we will correct it immediately.

Issue with the order shipment

If your order has been marked as prepared for more than 48 hours and you cannot see the tracking information, please contact us at hola@mimshoes.com or through the chat to assist you.

Our team will review the status of your shipment and help you resolve any issues so you can receive your order as soon as possible. Please note that sometimes there may be slight delays in tracking updates from the shipping agency, but we will be available to support you at all times.

CHANGES AND RETURNS

What is your policy on exchanges and returns?

At MIM we believe it is very important to offer our customers free shipping for the first exchange of online orders. Therefore, the first exchange made for each order is free.

Purchases made on our website can be exchanged only for size, within 15 calendar days after receipt.

Purchases from the COSTUME JEWELRY section do not accept exchanges.

All products will be accepted as long as they are in the same condition as when purchased and in their original box, properly packed and protected. Remember that the box is part of your order and must arrive at our warehouse in the same condition as it was sent (do not add any transport stickers or seals on the box, as this may alter its original condition and your refund could be affected).

Certain special promotions may have a different exchange policy. See special promotions section.

  • RETURNS

If the customer wishes to make a return instead of an exchange, this return will have a cost:

  • Returns from the Peninsula have a cost of €3.90 per refund
  • Returns from the Balearic Islands have a cost of €6.50 per refund
  • Returns from the Canary Islands have a cost of €9 per refund
  • Returns from the EU have a cost of €15 per refund
  • Returns from outside the EU have a cost of €25 per refund

Returns for store credit are also subject to these costs. However, there is a €5 discount for choosing this refund method.

Sequra: "According to the current withdrawal policy for e-commerce platforms, we grant Sequra consumers a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of return, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used."

Purchases from the COSTUME JEWELRY section do not accept returns.

Shipping costs are not included in the refund.

The refund for returned items will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

SPECIAL PROMOTIONS

Whenever one of the two products is returned, €29 will be refunded to the original payment method

*Products from our THE LAST OUTLET collection do not accept monetary returns. Only size or model exchanges or store credit can be requested to enjoy that amount online again.

This policy also applies to the MIM VELAZQUEZ 45 store if they have stock of the requested size. In this case, the exchange will be free.

Both exchanges and returns can also be made in-store (Calle Velázquez, 45. 28001 Madrid). In-store returns are free of charge.

Is it possible for my order to be canceled?

From Monday, November 24 at 8:00 PM, we are extending the return period for all orders placed from that date.

You can make your return until January 6.

* During these dates, delivery times may be slightly longer due to the high volume of orders.

* Processing times for exchanges and returns may also be longer than usual.

How can I make an exchange/return?

There is a period of 15 days to request the return of any item.

For a product to be considered eligible for return it must be in the same condition as when purchased, without signs of use and with the original tag attached.

What happens if I have received a defective product?

If the product has exceptionally been defective, we will take care of reviewing its condition and once the problem is confirmed, we will provide a new one free of charge to the customer or, if the product cannot be obtained, we will refund the amount. The customer must provide the order number with which the purchase was made to properly verify the purchase.

Return conditions

Products will be accepted if they are in the same condition as when received and with their original box, properly packed and protected.

Keep in mind that the box is part of the product, so it must arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition. Please do not place shipping labels or seals directly on it, as this could damage it and affect your refund.

General information

If you make your purchase online from Spain, you can request a single size or item exchange of the same price within 15 days from the delivery date of your order. This service is only available for orders placed in Spain and will be free of charge in Spain

You can manage your exchange through our Exchange and Returns Portal or do it in person at our physical store located at Calle Velázquez, 45. 28001 Madrid. In-store exchanges will also be free of charge.

*Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing. If the requested size or item is not available, you can opt for a refund or a gift card, applying the same conditions established in our return policy.

How to proceed?

Access our Returns and Exchanges Portal to request your exchange online.

The exchange is free if you deliver the order to the office or delivery point of the courier you choose, and costs €1.95 if you request home pickup.

When the garment arrives at our facilities and is inspected by our warehouse team, we will generate a new order with the requested size or item, and send it to you as soon as possible.

If you have requested a size exchange or an exchange due to a defect, once the package is received at our logistics center, we will make the new shipment according to your request.

If stock is unavailable, the corresponding refund will be made.

I have changed my order, how long does the refund take?

From the moment our warehouse colleagues receive the package, they have up to 15 days to process the exchange.

During sales or promotional periods, the volume of orders is higher, so sometimes the processing may not be done immediately after receiving the package.

You will receive an email notification when the exchange has been completed.

PAYMENTS

Do you accept cash on delivery payment?

No, at the moment we do not accept cash on delivery payment.

What are the available payment methods?

At MIM we have a wide range of payment options so you can choose the one that suits you best. You can place your order from anywhere and however you like.    

During the purchase process, after completing the shipping address details, the gateway will show you all the payment options available in your country.

How do you use a discount code?

Applying a discount on our website is very easy. Whenever you have the option, click the button: apply discount, and it will be reflected just before completing your order and proceeding to make the purchase. If, on the other hand, you have a code, you must enter it in the space dedicated to it. In the same way, it will appear reflected just before completing your purchase.

Can I pay in installments?

How can I know what my size is?

Our sizing follows the European standard, so we advise you to buy the size you normally use. We will inform you on our website of the particularities of each model, in case they come a little larger or smaller than usual.

1. Organization

The draw is organized by MIM and will be held through Instagram.

2. Draw date

The draw will take place on November 24, 2025.

3. Winners

There will be 100 winners, each receiving 2 pairs of shoes, to be chosen from a selection established by the brand and subject to availability.

4. Prize for participants

All participants in the draw will receive a prize, which will be communicated by email.

5. Communication

Winners will receive an email with the list of available products and a form.

6. Response time

Winners will have 24 hours from receipt of the email to complete the form with their details. If no response is received within that time, the right to the prize will be lost.

7. Shipping

The prize will be sent to the address provided by the winner.

8. General conditions
