Where is my order? When will I receive my tracking number?

After placing an order and receiving the confirmation email, our team will begin to manage the shipment. As soon as your order is on its way, our courier company will notify you via email and provide you with the tracking number.

What are the shipping costs? 

Standard Shipping 

Shipping costs to Spain, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are €3.90.  

Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the country and will be specified once the shipping address is entered in the payment gateway form. 

24h shipping (only mainland Spain, and before 12:00h) 

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM will be delivered during the next business day (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days). The cost of 24h shipping is €5.95. 

What are the general shipping times for a purchase?

The delivery time for orders placed from Spain (Peninsula) is between 4 and 5 business days.

The delivery time for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is 6 to 7 working days. 

The delivery time for international shipments (Europe) is between 6 and 7 business days. 

Why haven't I received the order confirmation email? 

In this case, you probably did not write the email correctly when placing your order. Write to us at hello@mimshoes.com and we will correct it immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

 Our company is based in Madrid, but we ship worldwide. Unfortunately, due to border restrictions, we currently do not ship to Russia or Ukraine.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your exchange and return policy? 
  • CHANGES

At MIM, we believe it is very important to offer our customers free shipping for the first exchange of online orders. Therefore, the first exchange made for each order is free. From the second exchange onwards, the costs are borne by the customer.

Purchases made on our website can be exchanged for a different size or model within 15 calendar days after receipt. If the model you want to exchange for has a higher price, the difference must be paid. Purchases in the COSTUME JEWELRY section do not accept exchanges.

All products will be accepted as long as they are in the same condition as when you acquired them and in their original box, properly packed and protected. Remember that the box is part of your order and must arrive at our warehouse in the same condition in which it was sent (do not add any transport stickers or seals on the box, as this may alter its original condition and your refund could be affected).

Certain special promotions may have a different exchange policy. See the special promotions section.

  • RETURNS

If the customer wishes to make a return instead of an exchange, from July 3, 2023, this return will have a cost:

  • Returns from the Peninsula have a cost of €3.90 per refund
  • Returns from the Balearic Islands have a cost of €6.50 per refund
  • Returns from the Canary Islands have a cost of €9 per refund
  • Returns from the EU have a cost of €15 per refund
  • Returns from outside the EU have a cost of €25 per refund

Store credit refunds are also subject to these costs. However, there is a 5 euro bonus for choosing this refund method.

Purchases from the COSTUME JEWELRY section are not eligible for return.

Shipping costs are not included in the refund. 

The refund for returned items will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original payment. 

Certain special promotions may have a different return policy. Please refer to the special promotions section.

SPECIAL PROMOTIONS

This policy also applies to the MIM VELAZQUEZ 45 store in case they have stock of the requested size. In this case, the exchange will be free of charge.

Both exchanges and returns can also be made in-store (Calle Velázquez, 45. 28001 Madrid). In-store returns will be free of charge.

How can I make a return/exchange? 

You have a period of 15 days to request the return of any item.

For a product to be considered eligible for return, it must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, without signs of use and with the original label attached.

How long do I have to make an exchange or return?

We have up to 15 days to process the exchange or return from receiving the order in our logistics center. As soon as we process your return we will inform you. We will do everything possible to make it happen as soon as possible.

What happens if I receive a defective product? 

If exceptionally the product has been defective, we will be in charge of reviewing its condition and once the problem is confirmed, we will provide a new one at no charge to the customer or, if we cannot obtain the product, we will refund the amount. The customer must provide the order number with which they made the purchase in order to correctly credit the purchase.

Is it possible for my order to be cancelled?

The website reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of computer errors that may flagrantly modify the price of a product.

I have returned my order, how long does it take for the refund?

As you can see in our returns and exchanges policy, from the moment our warehouse colleagues receive the package, they have a period of 15 days to manage the exchange or return. The change is subject to availability at the time of processing. All these incidents are managed in order of arrival. During sales and promotions periods, the volume is higher, so management in most cases cannot be done at the same time the package is received. You will be notified by email of the refund or exchange when it becomes effective.

How should I prepare my package for return/exchange? 

Remember that the box is part of your order and must arrive at our warehouse in the same condition in which it was sent. All products will be accepted as long as they are in the same condition in which they were purchased and in their original box, properly packaged and protected. 

I have not received a full refund for my order, why?

You must remember that shipping costs are not refundable. What we offer from MIM completely free of charge is the FIRST CHANGE.

Our sizing follows the European standard, so we advise you to buy the size you normally wear. We will inform you on our website of the particularity of each model, in case they arrive a little larger or smaller than normal.
