CHANGES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Purchases made on the Mim Shoes Website may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt. All those products will be accepted as long as they are in the same state in which they were purchased and in their original box.

HOLIDAYS

The period of changes and returns will be extended in all those orders placed from December 1 to January 1, and they can be changed or returned until January 15. The return of any product will be made as long as it is in the same state and in its original packaging. Changes during the extended period can only be made for changes in size or color.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If, exceptionally, the product has turned out to be defective, we will take care of reviewing its status and once the problem is confirmed, we will send it to the factory to repair it, we will give a new one at no charge to the customer or, in case we cannot get the product, we will the refund of the amount.

 

RETURN PROCESS - CHANGES:

1.- Send an email to hola@mimshoes.com with subject: Return/Exchange + Order number.

2.- We send a courier to the delivery address to collect the return or exchange.

3.- Once the product arrives at our warehouses:

If it consists of a return, we will make the refund as soon as possible, having a legal maximum of 15 days to make the payment.

If it is a change, as soon as we verify the status of the returned footwear we will send the new pair.

4.- Changes will always be subject to size availability.

2X1 PROMOTION

1. Changes: A single collection may be requested for size changes, being able to change the size of both pairs of shoes, if necessary. 

2. Returns: In case you want to return the shoes, both pairs will have to be returned. If you do not receive both pairs, the purchase amount will not be refunded. 

CANCELLATIONS.

The website reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of computer errors that may flagrantly modify the price of a product. 

 

We are a 100% online store, which is why we believe it is very important to give our customers the return and exchange costs the first time. That is, the first change or return that is made for each order is free for the customer (as long as the order has been placed within the Peninsula, in all other cases the return costs will be borne by the customer).
