Exchange, Return and Cancellation Policy

Purchases made on the MIM Website may be returned or changed in size or model, as long as the new model has the same or lower price (the difference will also be refunded) during the 15 calendar days after receipt, except purchases from the JEWELERY and MASKS section, which do not accept returns. All products will be accepted as long as they are in the same condition in which they were purchased and in their original box. properly packaged and protected. Reimbursement of returned items will be made using the same payment method in which they were paid.

We can send a courier to the same delivery address or you can send the return to us through an official SEUR office.

In accordance with current legislation on the matter, the right of withdrawal is excluded when the purchase process is completed through another digital platform. In this case, it will be the buyer who must contact it, following what is established in the terms and conditions of its exchange or return policy. 

Defective products: If, exceptionally, the product has been defective, we will take care of checking its condition and once the problem is confirmed, we will send it to the factory to repair it, we will give a new one at no charge to the customer or, in case of not being able to obtain the product, We will refund the amount. The customer must provide the order number with which they made the purchase in order to correctly credit the purchase.

At MIM we believe that it is very important to free our customers the costs of the first change of online orders. Therefore, the first change that is done for each order is free within the Peninsula (Spain). From the second change onwards, the costs are borne by the customer.  

If what the client wants to do is a return Instead of an exchange, starting on July 3, 2023, this return will have a cost of 3,90€.

Return and exchange process in Spain:

1.- Enter the portal Returns & Exchanges from our website and enter your order number and the email with which you made the purchase.

2.- Follow the steps indicating the item to be returned, as well as the reason for return to create your return in our system and you will receive an email with the steps to follow and the different product return options. 

3.- Put the items you want to return in a box along with the printed receipt. You can find your ticket in your account or in the order confirmation email. If you cannot locate the return ticket, insert a piece of paper into the box with the order number and the name under which the order was placed. Don't forget to include some of these receipts in your return package. Otherwise, it will be impossible for us to identify you and complete the refund successfully.

4.- Once the product arrives at our warehouses:

If it is a return, we will refund the price of the returned product (shipping costs not included), as soon as possible, having a legal maximum of 15 days to make the payment. Once you receive the refund notification, it may take a few days for the deposit to be reflected in your account. 

If it is a size change, as soon as we verify the condition of the returned footwear we will send the new size requested. Changes will always be subject to size availability.

We have up to 15 days to process the exchange or return from receiving the order in our logistics center. As soon as we process your return we will inform you. We will do everything possible to make it happen as soon as possible.


To manage an international exchange or return you must enter this section: International Returns Portal and enter your order number and the email with which you made the purchase.

The cost of any international exchange or return must be assumed by the client. The amount of this cost will depend on the location and the courier company that the client chooses. The customer must pay this amount at the time of collection to the courier company.
