Don't worry! We can't make changes to orders that have already been confirmed, but if it hasn't been prepared yet, we can cancel it so you can place a new order with what you really wanted.

Do you want to cancel your order?

If your order has not yet been prepared, we can help you cancel it. Write to us at hola@mimshoes.com and we will handle it with you.

If it is already on its way, we will not be able to cancel it, but you can return it when you receive it.

Issue with my order

In the exceptional case that the products in your order have any defects, we will assess their condition to confirm the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to the customer. If it is not possible to obtain the same product, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

To process any issue, the customer must contact the Customer Service team at hola@mimshoes.com, providing the order number used to make the purchase, in order to properly verify the acquisition.

For orders over €150, standard home delivery is free.

*If the package is held by customs, the recipient will be responsible for any handling fees incurred at the destination, as well as the IGIC tax. This condition is accepted upon making the purchase.

In cases where the item has arrived at the destination and the customer refuses to pay customs and handling fees, this amount will be deducted from the product refund.

Under no circumstances does MIM cover customs handling fees or related taxes.

Shipping times

-The delivery time for orders placed from Spain (Peninsula) is 2 to 3 business days, both for home deliveries and Pick Up Point deliveries.

-The delivery time for Express Shipping is 24 business hours for orders placed before 12:00 PM, with deliveries on business days.

-The delivery time for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla is 6 to 7 business days.

-The delivery time for international shipments (Europe) is between 6 and 7 business days.

*During promotional or holiday periods, delivery times may be slightly extended depending on the shipping area, purchase time, or product availability.

Do you offer international shipping?

MIM is based in Madrid, but we ship worldwide. Unfortunately, due to border restrictions, we currently do not ship to Russia or Ukraine.

Issue with the order shipment

If your order has been marked as prepared for more than 48 hours and you cannot see the tracking information, please contact us at hola@mimshoes.com or through the chat so we can assist you.

Our team will check the status of your shipment and help resolve any issues so you can receive your order as soon as possible. Please remember that sometimes there may be slight delays in tracking updates from the shipping carrier, but we will be available to support you at all times.

RETURNS

General information

If you have made an online purchase, you can return it in the same way, through our Returns and Exchanges Portal or you can return it in person at our physical store located at Calle Velázquez, 45. 28001 Madrid. In-store returns are free of charge.

Refunds for returned items will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. If you choose to receive the refund via gift card, the same costs apply, although there is a €5 bonus for selecting this refund method.

Please note that shipping costs are not included in the refund.

The customer has 15 calendar days to request a return from the date of receipt of the order. This date will be the one shown on the delivery note.


SeQura: "In accordance with the current withdrawal policy for e-commerce platforms, we grant consumers using SeQura a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of return; the amount will be refunded using the same payment method
used."

How to proceed?

Access our Returns and Exchanges Portal to request your return online.

In Spain (Peninsula), the return cost is €3.90 and €5.90 for home pickup.

You can also manage your return from anywhere in the world. You can check the return cost from your country while processing the request. This amount will be deducted from the refund to be made.

I have returned my order, how long does the refund take?

From the moment our warehouse staff receive the package, they have up to 15 days to process the return.

During sales or promotional periods, the volume of orders is higher, so sometimes the processing may not be immediate after receiving the package.

You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.

Return Conditions

Products will be accepted only if they are in the same condition as when received and with their original box, properly packed and protected.

Please note that the box is part of the product, so it must arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition. Please do not place shipping labels or seals directly on it, as this could damage it and affect your refund.

CHANGES

General information

If you make your purchase online from Spain, you can request a one-time size or item exchange of the same price within 15 days from the delivery date of your order. This service is only available for orders placed in Spain and will be free of charge within Spain.

You can manage your exchange through our Returns and Exchanges Portal or do it in person at our physical store located at Calle Velázquez, 45. 28001 Madrid. In-store exchanges are also free of charge.

*Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing. If the requested size or item is not available, you can choose a refund or a gift card, under the same conditions established in our return policy.

How to proceed?

The exchange is free if you drop off the order at the office or delivery point of the courier you choose, and costs €1.95 if you request home pickup.

When the item arrives at our facilities and is inspected by our warehouse team, we will create a new order with the requested size or item and send it to you as soon as possible.

If you have requested a size exchange or an exchange due to a defect, once the package is received at our logistics center, we will proceed with the new shipment according to your request.

If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued accordingly.

How do you use a discount code?

Applying a discount on our website is very easy. Whenever you have the option, click the button: apply discount, and it will be reflected just before you complete your order and proceed to checkout. If, on the other hand, you have a code, you should enter it in the designated space. Similarly, it will be reflected just before you complete your purchase.

Our sizing follows the European standard, so we recommend that you buy the size you normally wear. We will inform you on our website about the specifics of each model, in case they run a little larger or smaller than usual.

10th Anniversary Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Organization

The promotion is organized by MIM and applies to purchases made through their website in Spain.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion will be valid from April 13 to 17 (both inclusive).

3. Winners

During the promotional period, a total of 10 winners will be randomly and mandatorily selected each day.

4. Prize

Each winner will receive a gift card worth €100, which can be used starting May 4 and will be valid for one (1) month from activation.

5. Participation

All purchases made in Spain through the website during the indicated period will automatically enter the draw.

6. Return Policy Condition
